Craftsmanship marks the history of Fiasconaro, a story born in 1953 when Mario Fiasconaro opened a small ice cream shop in Piazza Margherita in Castelbuono. In love with its territory, Sicily, the Fiasconaro family in the 1990s began producing Panettone with a Sicilian soul. In its third generation of pastry chefs, today Fiasconaro between tradition and innovation, continues to experiment tastes and flavors, offering a true sensory journey to discover Sicily and its best raw materials.
