This particular model Fuego Inox Pietra a Spacco (Stone) one of the first models that arrived in July 2019. Fabricated in Inox, Stainless Steel, it is ready for outdoor use as soon as it is placed in your garden. There are two levels in the cooking chamber with ventilation and illumination, a separate combustion chamber for the fire, adjustable air intake to maintain cooking temperatures. There is also a compartment for a food warmer. A sliding drawer for the ashes makes for easy cleanup as well. This particular model is equipped with a full grill and rotisserie as well.  Not only meant for baking pizza, but for bread, biscotti, roasting meats, fish, vegetables and of course grilling.
