“La Gialla” Vine Ripened Yellow Tomato Purée.

This artisan, golden-yellow puree starts with tomatoes grown by iContadini in April and May, then hand-picked in July and August. Then vine-ripened tomatoes are cleaned, heated, pureed and then jarred with fresh basil. No salt is added. The result is a pulpy, fresh-tasting rustic tomato “passata” ready to serve in minutes in an array of pasta dishes as well as base for a main course.
