Panettone with Cherry and Wild Strawberries

One of Fiasconaro’s newer Panettone creations that highlight the Sicilian region where they are located. This naturally leavened and enriched panettone dough is made with the essence of wild mint, candied Sicilian wild strawberries, and topped with jam made from the cherries of the hills of Castelbuono which is located in the Madonie mountain reserve. The panettone is then delicately blanketed in a white chocolate glaze. Hand wrapped and placed in a beautiful gift box ready to give your loved one.
