Oro di Manna gift set contains a naturally leavened panettone from the “lievito madre” or sourdough made with hazelnut and Manna and glazed with white chocolate and adorned with “mannetti” the raw form of Manna. Manna and the “manetti” the hand cut sap from the protected Ash trees native to the Sicilian Madonie Mountain Reserve which is nestled between the villages of Castelbuono and Pollina. This is the historic town where Fiasconaro produces this unique and micro regional panettone.

Manna and Hazelnut Cream Jar is also included with serving spreader.
