This Pesto made simply with Prized Sicilian Pistachio from Bronte, in Sicily’s Catania region and extra virgin olive oil. Bronte's Sicilian pistachios are identified by special characteristics— the elongated form of the pistachio, the color — a vibrant green and thin skin in shades of purple and green and of course a delicate and distinct flavor.

This pesto is the best condiment for pasta, drizzled on pizza and panini as well as a great addition for main courses- such as light fish and tomato and basil preparation.
